acceptable range. Maintain.

There is quite large variability among the offsets with 49NZ2005 being the only
one having a postive offset. Nonetheless, not enough evidence to support an
adjustment.

The interconsistency check (type 2) supports the upward adjustment (offset
-0.014).

All crossovers but 49NZ2001 show relatively consistent offset around -0.015.
49NZ2001 itself might be adjusted too much to keep interconsitency… Adjust
upward.

All crossovers, but 32501985 clearly indicate too low (2%) concentrations. This
offset is consistent in space (3D) and time. The good agreement serves as nice
evidence for a small upward adjustment.

There seems to be a temporal trend towards oxygen richer water.
There is a nice fit with 32502008 (received no adjustment) and most recent
cruises do not support an adjustment. Thus, "neglect" weighted mean Offset being
slightly lower than 0.99 and maintain.
