80% of the crossovers (in general having a good quality) show an offset below
the lower limit. Note that all offsets are negative. However, the
interconsistency check (type 2) does not support such a strong offset (weighted
mean of crossovers is -0.011 vs. mean offset following interconsistency being
-0.0059). Adjust upward (0.006) to achieve carbon interconsistency and reduce
offset to other cruises.

trustworthy as previous regional analyis suggested an adjustment which was not
applied (due to it's good aggrement with WOCE cruises)....
Also, note that 316N19950124 crosses at the northernmost end of the transect.
