49UF20121210 - salinity
As typical for this region the salinity crossover results are of limited
quality. The few crossovers with deep samples (no significant crossover with a
minmium depth of 2500m) indicate accurate data, e.g. UP2010. Maintain.

49UF20121210 - tco2
All four signifcant crossovers indicate too high concentrations. This is not
confirmed by all less significant crossovers. Taking the large standard
deviations into account and considering that the absolute mean is quite close to
the upper limit the evidence is very little for such an adjustment. Maintain
with doubts.

All four signifcant crossovers indicate an acceptable accuracy. Note that the
large standard deviation is a consequence of the limited depth of the
comparisons. Maintain.

Only three crossovers present, all with huge standard deviations. Even though
these indicate a too low value the very nice match with the other two carbon
parameters (TA seems fine, TCO2 might be a bit off) suggests that the data is
acceptable. Maintain.

49UF20121210 - phosphate
Significant crossovers exist only with a minimum depth of 1500m. For this region
this rather shallow depth results in a limited meaning of the crossover results.
Nonetheless, given that all weighted mean offsets are within the 2% range it can
be concluded (with confidence) that the data is accurate.

Significant crossovers exist only with a minmium depth of 1500m. For this region
this rather shallow depth results in a limited meaning of the crossover results.
Nonetheless, given that more than 95% of the weighted mean offsets are within
the 2% range it can be concluded (with confidence) that the data is accurate.

A robust crossover conclusion is impossible. The data seems ok though - mostly
based on the nice fits with 318M2004 and UP2010. Maintain.
