absolute weighted mean is within the acceptable range and the more reliable
crossovers, e.g. UP2010 ,too. Note that the extreme offsets are based on
stations near the coast, e.g. WA1996. Maintain.

Only two significant crossovers are present. The two corresponding offsets
differ a lot too and show high standard deviations... Hence, no real conclusion
can be drawn form these. Further, only two significant crossovers for the
calculated TA data are given, i.e. no robust interconsistency check (type 3) can
be made. Not enough for a 2nd QC.
