The crossover analysis has very limited meaning given the large standard
deviations. However, there is no hint towards biased data. Maintain.

All 17 offsets indicate too high concentrations. The nice agreement is striking
as are the large standard deviations. Based on the latter uncertainty and given
that the absolute mean is still within the acceptable range (3.66) do not
adjust.

Only 3 significant crossovers present, but all indicate too low concentrations.
However the most recent crossover has an offset wihtin the limits. Less
significant crossovers confirm this finding though. Note that all 3 are not
crossing the cruise in the "real" sense. Adjust according to the absolute
mean(?)

Based on the discussion in Seattle, the interconsistency check and the crossover

The crossover analysis does not allow a robust conclusion given the large
standard deviations and a possible trend involved. The most recent crossover
UP2010 shows an offset of -0.005 having the smallest offset of all crossovers.
The interconsistency check (type 2 with adjusted TA data) confirms this finding
with a mean offset of -0.0059. Adjust accordingly.

The great majority of the offsets is within the 2% range - most crossovers
indicate 1% high concentrations though. Standard deviations are large. Maintain.

The limited depth does not allow a robust 2nd QC. However, there is no hint
towards biased data, e.g. the more reliable (e.g. 32501993) crossovers indicate
accurate data. Maintain.
