49UP20130801 - salinity
Almost all "high quality" crossovers have a slight (roughly -0.0018) negative
offset, clearly within the acceptable range. Only two of the "high quality"
crossovers show a positive offset, 32501985 and 49UP2002. The good consensus is
quite striking. Nonetheless, I doubt that an adjustment of 0.0018 is adviceable
in any case (note also the standard deviations which are at least of the same
order). Maintain.

Most crossovers indicate too high concentrations, but the uncertainty is quite
large (typical standard deviation of +/- 2.5). Not clear enough for an
adjustment within the range. Maintain.

The majority of the offsets are less than 2%. The few crossovers having an
offset greater than 2% are again UF and UP cruises with often lmited crossover
quality, e.g. 49UF20040616. However, there is clearly no evidence for an
adjustment.
