Most of the reliable (i.e. excluding all UP and UF cruises) crossovers indicate
an acceptable accuracy. Note that NZ2000 is not a high quality crossover either.
Also note that especially the other NZ cruises have a negative offset in depth
of around -0.0025. But this offset cannot be found that clearly in the other
crossovers. Maintain.

Based on in total 4 significant crossovers. All of those have an offset of at
least 2. However, all corresponding standard deviations are at least as large as
+/- 2. Given that all fall clearly within the range and only 4 crossovers are
given, there is not enough evidence to justify an adjustment below 4. Maintain.

Based on in total 4 significant crossovers. 49K61994 and 49NZ2005 have both a
negative offset of roughly -2. Contrary to those 318M2004 has a positive offset
of 2 and 32501993 fits nicely. I.e. all crossovers indicate an acceptable
accuracy with no clear consensus on a potential bias. Insignificant crossovers
confirm this result. Maintain.

All offsets of reliable crossovers fall clearly within the acceptable range. The
crossovers with UF and UP cruises are of minor quality as only "shallow"
measurements are compared. Accurate data, maintain.

UP cruises are of minor quality as only "shallow" measurements are compared.
Most other crossovers with more "recent" cruises, e.g. 318M2004, indicate about
0.5% - 1% too low concentrations. However, by far not enough evidence to justify
such an adjustment. Maintain.

The offsets diminish in the deeper parts of the water column, i.e. many UF and
UP crossovers are not very trustworthy and should be ignored (note also their
high standard deviations). Most other crossovers have offsets quite close to 1.

All saturation ratios show a clear oversaturation of (in the mean) 10%. CFC12
does not show this oversaturation, as reflected in the mean regression residual
of -0.10. Based on this I suggest to adjust it accordingly.
