All but three offsets are within the acceptable range. Those three are based on
only "shallow" data and can thus be ignored. Note that all NZ cruises show a
slight negative offset, but not too bad. The distribution of the other offsets
is rather chaotic. Clearly no need for an adjustment.

In total four significant crossovers only - 3 of them have a negative offset.
32201992 and NZ2005 have a mean offset slightly below -4. The most recent one,
RY2011 indicates very accurate data though. The "ok" accuracy is confirmed by
the "better" insignificant crossovers. Maintain.

Only four crossovers present with strongly varying results - the offsets range
from -0.01 to 0.003. Compared to the other carbon parameters (interconistency
check type 2) pH is offset by about 0.009. Alltogether no adjustment would
improve the quality. Maintain.

The surface saturation ratios indicate a slight oversaturation. This becomes
even clearer if compared to the corresponding CFC12 ratios. (roughly 1.08 versus
1.02). Also reflected in the regression residual mean of CFC12. Adjust
accordingly downward.
