Autogenerated CTD salinity and CTD oxygen update
Automated update! This overwrites adjustment values (and flags) of CTDoxy and
CTDsal with the values from BOTsal and BOToxy for every cruise, unless CTDsal
(or CTDoxy) is not present or bad.
Salinity action ID:5; CTD salinity data good, setting CTD salinity offset and QC
flag to bottle values.
Oxygen action ID:3; no CTD oxygen data. Setting CTD oxygen offset to -999, QC
flag removed.

Denis and I agreed to give this a -888, with data quality good.
Very hard to carry out meaningful secondary QC since the cruise took place over
the Greenland - Scotland ridge, a highly variable region.

Average offsets from xovers with Core Cruises:
0.51 (automatic)

Inversion Results:
0.78 WLSQ
-0.24 WDLSQ
Comments: Xovers for this cruise usually rely on very few samples so there are
large errors associated with the offsets.
Xovers with core cruises go from -6 to 5. This variability suggests it is not
possible to make an adjustment to this cruise.
50: which has a large scatter and will probably not be included in the final
results
Suggested adjustment: -888
quality: poor

The average of all cross overs is 0.947 (NA cruises).
This cruise got a "ugly" mark for nutrients by Jon Olafsson, based on the N/P
ratio.
The NA inversions suggest an adjustment of 1.01 for noth WLSQ and WDLSQ.
The AMS inversion suggest an adjustment of 0.95.
Most of the cross-overs with core-cruises suggests no adjustment.
Based on these evidence I suggest no adjustment.

The average of all cross overs is 1.041 (NA cruises).
This cruise got a "ugly" mark for nutrients by Jon Olafsson, based on the N/P
ratio.
The NA inversions suggest an adjustment of 0.99 and 0.98 for WLSQ and WDLSQ,

The AMS inversion suggest an adjustment of 0.96.
The cross-overs with core-cruises confirms that the nitrate is a bit high, even
though this is in a highly variable region.
Based on these evidence I suggest an adjustment of 0.98, in agreement with the
WDLSQ inversion and the cross-overs with core cruises.
