All crossovers - except for 316N1987 - have offsets smaller 1. Most offsets are
even below the 2% limit.
Note that some measurements hint towards bad precision (strong outliers) of the
datat, i.e. recheck 1st QC. Nonetheless, following the weighted mean adjust
upward.

Most offsets are within the accepatble range. Some of the more recent cruises
indicate slightly too high concentrations though (74JC2010).
But that is not enough evidence for a small adjustment especially given the fact
that cruises close to 1999 do not show strong Offsets. Maintain.

This cruise clearly appears to be too high. The weighted mean does indeed also
show this. The x-overs that would show that this cruise be too low, are not
convincing x-overs (variability and too different station locations for
comparison). I would even suggest a larger adjustment, namely 0.97 because of
this and the fact that especially the most recent x-over cruises are clearly
lower than the rest.

There are three "bad" outliers which distort the overall impression of at least
2% too high concentrations.
Other crossover agree nicely. Adjust downward.

All crossovers indicate too low concentrations, i.e. there is a nice agreement.
Further, the offset is quite consistent in depth. Adjust accordingly to 06AQ1998
- hence adjustment is rather on the conservative side...
